The lowest class race of the night rounds out the program, where the two-year-old OZZIE TART (1) will be aiming for back-to-back victories after an impressive win in fast time over the mile last start. There is always some risk with a two-year-old filly taking on the older horses, particularly over 2200 metres, but she clearly has the most upside in the field and will take plenty of running down. OUR SWEET TRIXIE (4) is a consistent mare in this grade and should secure a position on speed, while GOBSMACKED (8) broke through again for a deserved victory last start after enjoying a lovely run on speed with cover. From another ideal trailing draw behind the expected favourite, he should again get every opportunity to be in the finish. KENYA (9) produced an improved performance last start after doing work in a fast-run race and may be driven similarly again to give himself his best chance. The lowest class race of the night rounds out the program, where the two-year-old OZZIE TART (1) will be aiming for back-to-back victories after an impressive win in fast time over the mile last start. There is always some risk with a two-year-old filly taking on the older horses, particularly over 2200 metres, but she clearly has the most upside in the field and will take plenty of running down. OUR SWEET TRIXIE (4) is a consistent mare in this grade and should secure a position on speed, while GOBSMACKED (8) broke through again for a deserved victory last start after enjoying a lovely run on speed with cover. From another ideal trailing draw behind the expected favourite, he should again get every opportunity to be in the finish. KENYA (9) produced an improved performance last start after doing work in a fast-run race and may be driven similarly again to give himself his best chance. Race comment
The lowest class race of the night rounds out the program, where the two-year-old OZZIE TART (1) will be aiming for back-to-back victories after an impressive win in fast time over the mile last start. There is always some risk with a two-year-old filly taking on the older horses, particularly over 2200 metres, but she clearly has the most upside in the field and will take plenty of running down. OUR SWEET TRIXIE (4) is a consistent mare in this grade and should secure a position on speed, while GOBSMACKED (8) broke through again for a deserved victory last start after enjoying a lovely run on speed with cover. From another ideal trailing draw behind the expected favourite, he should again get every opportunity to be in the finish. KENYA (9) produced an improved performance last start after doing work in a fast-run race and may be driven similarly again to give himself his best chance.
