Race comment
TREACHEROUS DAN (3) arrives in Tasmania for the Stewart stable and brings mixed form from his short career on the mainland. He looks well drawn to work forward and most likely find the front, where he would take plenty of running down. CUZZY JUNIOR (2) has not been far away in the four-year-old features against handy opposition and has drawn to secure a nice run on speed. KING BART (1) could be the improver from the pole draw if he can rediscover the form he showed during his previous preparation, which he is yet to produce this time in. The remainder of the field looks very evenly matched with TAPPY (11) and CRAYONS TO PERFUME (12) probably possessing the most ability of the back-row runners, but both have drawn the outside of the second row, which makes their task much harder.
