ANOTHER NIEN (2) drops back into the 70–79 class, where he has performed extremely well in the past. He looks to have enough gate speed to cross the pole marker over the short trip and gets his chance to return to the winner's circle. GO THE RED (8) has been super impressive since arriving in Tasmania from Queensland and will be relying on luck and clear running from the inside of the back row. If the gaps appear, he will be very hard to hold out. The Tammy Langley-trained pair THE CHANCER (9) and POWER UP (11) should also appreciate the drop back in grade after strong recent performances and will be hoping for genuine tempo to bring them into the race late. ONEHANDONEBOUNCE (4) looks likely to secure a position on speed with cover, potentially following MONTGOMERY BURNS (5), who possesses enough gate speed to press forward over the shorter trips where he generally performs best. He looks to have enough gate speed to cross the pole marker over the short trip and gets his chance to return to the winner's circle. GO THE RED (8) has been super impressive since arriving in Tasmania from Queensland and will be relying on luck and clear running from the inside of the back row. If the gaps appear, he will be very hard to hold out. Race comment
ANOTHER NIEN (2) drops back into the 70–79 class, where he has performed extremely well in the past. He looks to have enough gate speed to cross the pole marker over the short trip and gets his chance to return to the winner's circle. GO THE RED (8) has been super impressive since arriving in Tasmania from Queensland and will be relying on luck and clear running from the inside of the back row. If the gaps appear, he will be very hard to hold out. The Tammy Langley-trained pair THE CHANCER (9) and POWER UP (11) should also appreciate the drop back in grade after strong recent performances and will be hoping for genuine tempo to bring them into the race late. ONEHANDONEBOUNCE (4) looks likely to secure a position on speed with cover, potentially following MONTGOMERY BURNS (5), who possesses enough gate speed to press forward over the shorter trips where he generally performs best. LOU BABY (7) has a handy overall record but has drawn awkwardly and, first up after almost 12 months away from the races, may be driven conservatively.
