OVERVIEW: TROPICAL STORM (1) began quickly to lead and held off his rivals to win at Bendigo then settled near the tail of the field when unplaced in a strong race behind Nikki Louise. He should gain the perfect run behind the likely leader BENATAR (2) and should be finishing off strongly via the sprint lane. BENATAR (2) is a brilliant beginner and led throughout at Cranbourne. She started off the second row and sprinted brilliantly coming up to the home turn when a handy third behind Markleigh Jean last week. ILLAWONG PARRIS (9) settled eighth on the outside, came out three horses wide from the bell and battled on strongly for third at Maryborough. He is ready to break through for a win but this race could be dominated by those horses following the markers. GILTY BY THE BEACH (8) has the perfect trailing draw behind TROPICAL STORM (1) and will strip fitter from two recent trial performances, the latest being a third at Kilmore. He is resuming since an unplaced run in the bronze edition of the Super Series in December. LILNOVA (3) is first up since April and hasn’t been to the trials but she has the ability to show up. WHATA GLIMPSE (4) hit the line strongly last week and is not without a chance. EARLY SPEED: 2 (likely leader), 1,3,5,7 RATINGS: 1,2/ 9/ 4,8/ 3/ 11

OVERVIEW: TROPICAL STORM (1) began quickly to lead and held off his rivals to win at Bendigo then settled near the tail of the field when unplaced in a strong race behind Nikki Louise. He should gain the perfect run behind the likely leader BENATAR (2) and should be finishing off strongly via the sprint lane. BENATAR (2) is a brilliant beginner and led throughout at Cranbourne. She started off the second row and sprinted brilliantly coming up to the home turn when a handy third behind Markleigh Jean last week. ILLAWONG PARRIS (9) settled eighth on the outside, came out three horses wide from the bell and battled on strongly for third at Maryborough. He is ready to break through for a win but this race could be dominated by those horses following the markers. GILTY BY THE BEACH (8) has the perfect trailing draw behind TROPICAL STORM (1) and will strip fitter from two recent trial performances, the latest being a third at Kilmore. He is resuming since an unplaced run in the bronze edition of the Super Series in December. LILNOVA (3) is first up since April and hasn’t been to the trials but she has the ability to show up. OVERVIEW: TROPICAL STORM (1) began quickly to lead and held off his rivals to win at Bendigo then settled near the tail of the field when unplaced in a strong race behind Nikki Louise. He should gain the perfect run behind the likely leader BENATAR (2) and should be finishing off strongly via the sprint lane. BENATAR (2) is a brilliant beginner and led throughout at Cranbourne. She started off the second row and sprinted brilliantly coming up to the home turn when a handy third behind Markleigh Jean last week. ILLAWONG PARRIS (9) settled eighth on the outside, came out three horses wide from the bell and battled on strongly for third at Maryborough. He is ready to break through for a win but this race could be dominated by those horses following the markers. GILTY BY THE BEACH (8) has the perfect trailing draw behind TROPICAL STORM (1) and will strip fitter from two recent trial performances, the latest being a third at Kilmore. He is resuming since an unplaced run in the bronze edition of the Super Series in December. LILNOVA (3) is first up since April and hasn’t been to the trials but she has the ability to show up. Race comment
OVERVIEW: TROPICAL STORM (1) began quickly to lead and held off his rivals to win at Bendigo then settled near the tail of the field when unplaced in a strong race behind Nikki Louise. He should gain the perfect run behind the likely leader BENATAR (2) and should be finishing off strongly via the sprint lane. BENATAR (2) is a brilliant beginner and led throughout at Cranbourne. She started off the second row and sprinted brilliantly coming up to the home turn when a handy third behind Markleigh Jean last week. ILLAWONG PARRIS (9) settled eighth on the outside, came out three horses wide from the bell and battled on strongly for third at Maryborough. He is ready to break through for a win but this race could be dominated by those horses following the markers. GILTY BY THE BEACH (8) has the perfect trailing draw behind TROPICAL STORM (1) and will strip fitter from two recent trial performances, the latest being a third at Kilmore. He is resuming since an unplaced run in the bronze edition of the Super Series in December. LILNOVA (3) is first up since April and hasn’t been to the trials but she has the ability to show up.
