He began quickly to lead and scored comfortably at Shepparton last outing so he should give a forward showing again. DUKE OF DUNDEE (5) is a former New Zealand pacer, which joins trainer Julie Douglas. He had every chance after enjoying an economical run on the markers last outing in Invercargill but he is a tough type and looms as one of the leading chances. LETS DIG IT (8) has had two wins and two seconds to his credit from four starts at Shepparton and was in great form at the end of his last preparation. He has performed nicely in two recent trial performances so he is not to be underestimated.
