OVERVIEW: MAJOR DELICO (5) performed extremely well during the Super Series where sixth behind the star pacer Lochinvar Art in the Final. He disappointed after working to the lead in the early stages when eighth last outing but this field is much easier and he should prove very hard to beat. BREVITY (6) took a trail behind MAJOR DELICO (5), came to the outside at the 300m mark and couldn’t accelerate at the end when seventh last time, finishing right alongside of MAJOR DELICO (5) at the finish. There isn’t much separating the pair but MAJOR DELICO (5) has the better barrier draw. LOUISIANA JO (1) led throughout to defeat AZZA (2) at Cobram then led out before taking a trail last time out. She should receive every chance from the pole position and is worth an investment. AZZA (2) continues to race very consistently and is drawn to go well again. He disappointed after working to the lead in the early stages when eighth last outing but this field is much easier and he should prove very hard to beat. BREVITY (6) took a trail behind MAJOR DELICO (5), came to the outside at the 300m mark and couldn’t accelerate at the end when seventh last time, finishing right alongside of MAJOR DELICO (5) at the finish.
