Bathurst R3 GPP AUDIT P/L BATHURST MAYORS CUP

Race comment

Commanding winner $6.50 (Sr1) over Conviction 13.7m Young 2480m the GROUP3 Young Cup (grp3) Mar 13 then was a handy winner $1.20 (Fr7) defeating Left Tennant 4.2m Bathurst 2260m (1:55.8) R70120 race Mar 20. Undefeated in 4 runs this track and distance and winner at past two runs; drawn out but hard to beat on that form.

Race comment

Finished 4m 5th $3.80 (Fr7) Little Rascal NZ Menangle 2400m (1:58.5) R84120 race Mar 7 then beaten 2.5m 3rd $2.40 (Sr1) Royal Gamble NZ Newcastle 1609m (1:56.7) R81116 race Mar 14. Fitter for recent racing but not helped by the draw; place preferred.

Finished 21.5m 10th $11 (Fr4) Misterfreeze Menangle 1609m (1:51.6) R87114 race Mar 14 then beaten 5.5m 3rd $23 (Fr2) Cruz NZ Menangle 1609m (1:49.9) R71116 race Mar 21. Minor role most likely.

Race comment

Covered extra ground when 3.7m 2nd $3.70 (Sr4) Thatswhatisaid NZ Young 1720m (1:54.9) C3-C4 race May 14 then beaten 8.5m 4th $19 (Fr1) Atomic Red Bathurst 2260m (1:55.8) R70120 race Mar 20. Useful run first-up rand has placed 1 from 3 second up; could figure from the pole draw.

Race comment

Back from a spell. Was a handy winner $1.80 (Fr6) over Smack Dab Shannon 6m Dubbo 2120m (1:59.0) C4+ race Mar 6 then won $4.00 (Fr4) narrowly over Spare Me Days 0.4m Young 2480m the GROUP3 Young Cup (grp3) Mar 16. Back from a spell and while fresh record not flash (placed only once from 3 starts) she won in Group company just prior to the break and drawn well here; definite danger if ready.

Race comment

Beaten distanced 9th $4.60 (Fr4) No Apachemee NZ Menangle 1609m (1:53.6) R70109 race Mar 14 then eased early and tightened during running when 4.2m 2nd $26 (Fr4) Atomic Red Bathurst 2260m (1:55.8) R70120 race Mar 20. Improved effort last start when second and even fitter now; one for the exotics.

Race comment

Eased early when 28m 8th $71 (Fr9) Cash N Flow NZ Menangle 1609m the GROUP3 King Of Swing FFA (grp3) Mar 14 then beaten 8m 3rd $11 (Fr6) Atomic Red Bathurst 2260m (1:55.8) R70120 race Mar 20. Useful when right.

Race comment

Race comment

Race comment

Raced wide late when 13.7m 2nd $8.50 (Sr3) Atomic Red Young 2480m the GROUP3 Young Cup (grp3) Mar 13 then raced wide early when 13.5m 5th $5.50 (Fr8) Atomic Red Bathurst 2260m (1:55.8) R70120 race Mar 20. Tends to find trouble in his races and drawn the second row here but not out of it on solid recent form.
