Race comment

Looked good defeating Lochinvar Chief 2.2m $19 (Fr4) Menangle 1609m the 2Y-GP2 Sapling Stakes (grp2) Mar 7 then scored handily defeating Cheetah Lodge 5.5m $1.90 (Fr8) Bathurst 1730m (1:56.2) R3446 race Mar 20. Racing in great heart and solid winner of Sapling Stakes (G2) at Menangle two back ; warrants respect.

Race comment

Fought on very well when 2.2m 2nd $2.80 (Fr2) Tasty Delight Menangle 1609m the 2Y-GP2 Sapling Stakes (grp2) Mar 7 then convincing win over He Aint Fakin 9m $1.40 (Fr7) Bathurst 1730m (1:55.2) R3339 race Mar 20. Last start easy winner and narrowly missed in 2YO Sapling Stakes (G2) at Menangle two back; gets a chance to atone here.

Race comment

Raced wide early, eased early and raced roughly when 4m 2nd $3.20 (Fr6) Ideal Dan Tabcorp Park 1720m (1:55.1) 2R4046 race Mar 7 then was a handy winner $1.70 (Sr2) over Rickoshay 1.5m Bathurst 1730m (1:56.5) R3440 race Mar 20. Placed on debut two back and winner last start; has upside and the second row draw not a significant handicap given his racing style; among the better chances here.
