RACE COMMENT

AMYLEE (7) sat without cover last start and ran an excellent second there not beaten far behind Vincheska who was leading in this race. She draws wide but is likely to be able to press forward and find a prominent position in this race which should see her hard to beat.  QUEEN TIDE (10) stepped up impressively last prep running two very good races her last two starts. She flashed home in her latest race start to finish third behind Stripes having been held up at the top of the straight. She worked through the line nicely in a recent trial and should be ready to go first up.  RUBY RHAYNE BOW (2) has good gate speed and may be able to work to the lead in the early stages of this race. She sat leaders back last time out behind smart stablemate Stripes and was able to hang on for second there holding off the late challenge of QUEEN TIDE (10). SWEET NELLIE JOY (6) ran her best race so far this prep last time out when battling on well to finish fourth in a race taken out by James Alfred. The draw does her no favours this time and she will need a few things to go her way.
