Race comment
The second of the No More Than Two Win races appears the stronger division on paper, where POST LAZARUS (7) was beaten as a very short-priced favourite last start. However, the run was still exceptionally good, making strong ground from back in the field in a fast mile rate. He will again be relying on genuine tempo throughout, but will take plenty of holding out late. AMELIAS JEWEL (5) has been a consistent performer since arriving on the island and should again push forward from the gate and be in the finish. SOHO TUXEDO (3) produced an improved effort last start in slightly stronger company than what he meets here and a repeat performance from a handy draw gives him every chance. ALBY PRIDDY (1) and OUR SWEET TRIXIE (2) should both settle on speed with cover and get their opportunity to finish in the first four. The second of the No More Than Two Win races appears the stronger division on paper, where POST LAZARUS (7) was beaten as a very short-priced favourite last start. However, the run was still exceptionally good, making strong ground from back in the field in a fast mile rate. He will again be relying on genuine tempo throughout, but will take plenty of holding out late. AMELIAS JEWEL (5) has been a consistent performer since arriving on the island and should again push forward from the gate and be in the finish. SOHO TUXEDO (3) produced an improved effort last start in slightly stronger company than what he meets here and a repeat performance from a handy draw gives him every chance. ALBY PRIDDY (1) and OUR SWEET TRIXIE (2) should both settle on speed with cover and get their opportunity to finish in the first four. Race comment
The second of the No More Than Two Win races appears the stronger division on paper, where POST LAZARUS (7) was beaten as a very short-priced favourite last start. However, the run was still exceptionally good, making strong ground from back in the field in a fast mile rate. He will again be relying on genuine tempo throughout, but will take plenty of holding out late. AMELIAS JEWEL (5) has been a consistent performer since arriving on the island and should again push forward from the gate and be in the finish. SOHO TUXEDO (3) produced an improved effort last start in slightly stronger company than what he meets here and a repeat performance from a handy draw gives him every chance. ALBY PRIDDY (1) and OUR SWEET TRIXIE (2) should both settle on speed with cover and get their opportunity to finish in the first four. SPORTZSILK (8) is often driven aggressively and has produced some strong performances of late, though the back row draw may allow him to be driven quietly and come with one run in the final lap.Selections: POST LAZARUS (7), AMELIAS JEWEL (5), SOHO TUXEDO (3), SPORTZSILK (8)
