RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: SOME MAGIC (5) is resuming since a debut victory at Melton in August but he did dash home in a sizzling final quarter of 27.0 seconds to win a Melton trial last week. He is likely to give a bold showing from his reasonable draw. ITHISTHEREALLIFE (6) is also undefeated from one attempt and is likely to attract plenty of support. She led throughout from a good draw at Ararat when on debut and this is a race of more depth but she is worth thought again. ONE GOLDEN DEAL (10) made it through to the Super Series Final last season and returned from a spell in style when she won at Melton in a mile rate of 1.54.7. She followed with a third at Charlton and looms as one of the leading chances again. BOULEVARD BART (9) was performing extremely well at the trials prior to his first up effort at Melton on Friday. He is worth thought along with HELLAVA DEAL (11).
