RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: VIXAN (2) settled three back on the markers, angled out wide on the home turn and finished off well for a close second behind No Shenaniganz at Charlton last outing. She strikes a suitable assignment and is capable of going one better now. REDBLUENPURPLE (6) settled midfield and worked home reasonably well for fourth in the same race at Charlton. He is widely drawn but is worth a ticket each way. GLORY CONNECT (1) is a first starter for trainer John Meade, which won a trial at Terang last week. He is ideally drawn and is worth an investment. HES RUNAWAY BAY (4) finished fourth in the same trial and makes his debut for trainer Matthew Craven. He must be kept safe and ISLAND RUBEE (3) is capable of showing up without surprising.
