RACE COMMENT
Despite a second line gate, this looks the ideal set up for TEACHERS PET (8) to secure a 36th career victory. Chasing home in Tuesday company behind BRACKEN WARRIOR last start, she was midfield from a wide gate the start prior behind ROYAL PRINCESS. In a race with the main players all looking to draw wide, she can get off the fence and trail through to capitalise. AUNTY FRANCES (7) can boast a last start Redcliffe victory where she was sent forward to sit parked and despite a tough trip outside the speed was able to prevail over the latter stages to scire. Runner-up four starts back, her record here at The Creek is not inspired reading and although she draws poorly, she is not without hope.
