OVERVIEW: ILLAWONG JOVIAL (4) was resuming since May when he was caught without cover throughout and finished fifth behind Danman at Maryborough. He performed extremely well when third at a Bendigo trial prior so he is worth another chance. OUR SUMMER WIND (2) settled in the second half of the field and couldn’t work into the race when sixth (11m) behind Nai Harn Bay at Terang. He possesses early speed and being the winner of 21 races, he appears to be well graded in this event so cannot be left out of calculations. AIMFORTHESTARZZZ (6) is resuming since June and hasn’t been to the trials but he has the ability to mix it with this class. He was placed five times in succession prior to his past two attempts so he is very consistent. VALLANI MAGIC (5) is backing up quickly from his effort at Kilmore on Thursday, where fifth behind Diego’s Diamond but she possesses early speed and should give a forward showing under these conditions. OVERVIEW: ILLAWONG JOVIAL (4) was resuming since May when he was caught without cover throughout and finished fifth behind Danman at Maryborough. He performed extremely well when third at a Bendigo trial prior so he is worth another chance. OUR SUMMER WIND (2) settled in the second half of the field and couldn’t work into the race when sixth (11m) behind Nai Harn Bay at Terang. He possesses early speed and being the winner of 21 races, he appears to be well graded in this event so cannot be left out of calculations. AIMFORTHESTARZZZ (6) is resuming since June and hasn’t been to the trials but he has the ability to mix it with this class. OVERVIEW: ILLAWONG JOVIAL (4) was resuming since May when he was caught without cover throughout and finished fifth behind Danman at Maryborough. He performed extremely well when third at a Bendigo trial prior so he is worth another chance. OUR SUMMER WIND (2) settled in the second half of the field and couldn’t work into the race when sixth (11m) behind Nai Harn Bay at Terang. He possesses early speed and being the winner of 21 races, he appears to be well graded in this event so cannot be left out of calculations. AIMFORTHESTARZZZ (6) is resuming since June and hasn’t been to the trials but he has the ability to mix it with this class. He was placed five times in succession prior to his past two attempts so he is very consistent. VALLANI MAGIC (5) is backing up quickly from his effort at Kilmore on Thursday, where fifth behind Diego’s Diamond but she possesses early speed and should give a forward showing under these conditions.
