He endured a tough run when second behind Pershing at Warragul prior so he deserves to break through for a win. MIGHTY REGAL (5) gained a midfield trailing position and came out four horses wide on the home turn when a game second behind Happyaslarry at Charlton. He is a staying type and is likely to give a forward showing. JAY BEE (1) trailed the leader, was held up for a run at a vital stage and obtained an inside run in the home straight when fourth at Ballarat last outing. She won nicely when coming from off the speed at Geelong three starts ago and is worth another chance. FULLER CEE ESS (8) might be shuffled back on the markers from the inside of the second line but he is racing well enough to feature prominently. OVERVIEW: BEST BACK BRUCE (4) began quickly and pressured the leader before finally getting to the front at the 1200m when third behind Missy Deyo at Yarra Valley last week. He endured a tough run when second behind Pershing at Warragul prior so he deserves to break through for a win. MIGHTY REGAL (5) gained a midfield trailing position and came out four horses wide on the home turn when a game second behind Happyaslarry at Charlton. He is a staying type and is likely to give a forward showing. JAY BEE (1) trailed the leader, was held up for a run at a vital stage and obtained an inside run in the home straight when fourth at Ballarat last outing. She won nicely when coming from off the speed at Geelong three starts ago and is worth another chance. FULLER CEE ESS (8) might be shuffled back on the markers from the inside of the second line but he is racing well enough to feature prominently.
