OVERVIEW: It is a very evenly balanced field with many winning chances. FAMOUS THREE (4) attempted to lead throughout when fifth behind No Nay Never at Melton last outing. He is drawn to lead again and this race is slightly easier. A VAPAR STORM (8) is resuming since October but will be fitter from his latest Maryborough trial third behind Ajay Breezy Rose. He had handy form when he was last in work and is worth following. CROMPTON BAY (7) raced below expectations when unplaced at Cranbourne last outing. He will appreciate a big drop back in class so an improvement would not surprise. AUSSIEPRIDE (1) and SEAROVER (3) both are capable of showing up without surprising. REALLY CAMPBELL (5) has the ability to show up but he hasn’t started since March and hasn’t been to the trials so he might need this run. Race comment
OVERVIEW: It is a very evenly balanced field with many winning chances. FAMOUS THREE (4) attempted to lead throughout when fifth behind No Nay Never at Melton last outing. He is drawn to lead again and this race is slightly easier. A VAPAR STORM (8) is resuming since October but will be fitter from his latest Maryborough trial third behind Ajay Breezy Rose. He had handy form when he was last in work and is worth following. CROMPTON BAY (7) raced below expectations when unplaced at Cranbourne last outing. He will appreciate a big drop back in class so an improvement would not surprise. AUSSIEPRIDE (1) and SEAROVER (3) both are capable of showing up without surprising. REALLY CAMPBELL (5) has the ability to show up but he hasn’t started since March and hasn’t been to the trials so he might need this run. EARLY SPEED: 4 (possible leader), 2,3 RATINGS: 4,8/ 3,7/ 5/ 1,2
