OVERVIEW: SLEEPEE (10) races best when she is in front but she is racing in outstanding form and is capable of being competitive despite being drawn on the second line. She led throughout in three straight victories prior to a game second in the Carlotta’s Pride where she raced without cover in a mile rate of 1.55.7. ZAREM (2) has struck his peak form and is drawn to receive every chance. He scored effortlessly via the sprint lane at Melton on March 13 and was finishing strongly from an awkward draw last week. C K SPUR (11) pushed forward to race without cover and looked to be under pressure on the turn but rallied in the straight when he scored at Melton last week. This is a race of similar standard and he should be competitive again. KYVALLEY CHIEF (9) has been freshened since his latest fifth at Melton and boasts a good strike rate. Trainer Chris Svanosio is represented by four runners with the best of his chances seemingly being PEREGINE PHOENIX (4) and DELS DESTINY (5).
