OVERVIEW: ITS EBONYNIVORY (1) is a smart mare that is resuming since a sixth in the Super Series Final (Group 1) at Melton on December 31. She will be fitter from a trial third at Shepparton last week and should receive every chance from the pole position. BATMAN BARRY (6) has returned from a spell in top form with two second placed efforts behind the former New Zealander Revitalise followed by a runaway victory at Horsham. This is a harder race but he is versatile and should make his presence felt. NIGHT SPIRIT (9) is a short course specialist and looms as one of the leading chances. He led and appeared to have his chance when second on March 10 but the winner Orbie is racing in career best form. BENEATH THE SHADOW (3) was headed off at the start from the pole position but was able to produce a big run to get up and win at Ballarat last outing. He has returned from a spell at his peak form and he should be competitive again. WHATA ROCKSTAR (4) is a brilliant beginner and races best when he is able to lead over the sprint distance. She will be fitter from a trial third at Shepparton last week and should receive every chance from the pole position. BATMAN BARRY (6) has returned from a spell in top form with two second placed efforts behind the former New Zealander Revitalise followed by a runaway victory at Horsham. This is a harder race but he is versatile and should make his presence felt. NIGHT SPIRIT (9) is a short course specialist and looms as one of the leading chances. He led and appeared to have his chance when second on March 10 but the winner Orbie is racing in career best form. BENEATH THE SHADOW (3) was headed off at the start from the pole position but was able to produce a big run to get up and win at Ballarat last outing. He has returned from a spell at his peak form and he should be competitive again. WHATA ROCKSTAR (4) is a brilliant beginner and races best when he is able to lead over the sprint distance. OVERVIEW: ITS EBONYNIVORY (1) is a smart mare that is resuming since a sixth in the Super Series Final (Group 1) at Melton on December 31. She will be fitter from a trial third at Shepparton last week and should receive every chance from the pole position. BATMAN BARRY (6) has returned from a spell in top form with two second placed efforts behind the former New Zealander Revitalise followed by a runaway victory at Horsham. This is a harder race but he is versatile and should make his presence felt. NIGHT SPIRIT (9) is a short course specialist and looms as one of the leading chances. He led and appeared to have his chance when second on March 10 but the winner Orbie is racing in career best form. BENEATH THE SHADOW (3) was headed off at the start from the pole position but was able to produce a big run to get up and win at Ballarat last outing. He has returned from a spell at his peak form and he should be competitive again. WHATA ROCKSTAR (4) is a brilliant beginner and races best when he is able to lead over the sprint distance.
