OVERVIEW: HAYDEN BROMAC (3) is a former New Zealand pacer, which is shooting for a hat trick of wins and is an excellent chance of completing the task. He was suited by a fast early tempo but he came from second last at the bell and seemingly won with plenty in reserve at his latest performance on the grass track at Westport. BABY GINNIE (4) has been freshened since her latest fourth at Mildura and should give a forward showing. She was a winner at Mildura three starts ago then was runner up behind JILLIBY ROY (8) in a quick mile rate of 1.58.6. STYLISH GEM (7) is drawn behind a moderate beginner in GOLDEN SCRIBE (1) so she will need some luck in running but she is racing well enough to be competitive. She produced a big finish when an unlucky second at Birchip and followed with a fifth in a strong race at Charlton. JILLIBY ROY (8) is the class runner of the field but he does tend to race best when he is in front so being drawn on the second row is a disadvantage. There are many other chances including KATE KANARDLY (2) and WHITE STAR VILLAGE (9) but HAYDEN BROMAC (3) is the horse they have to beat. BABY GINNIE (4) has been freshened since her latest fourth at Mildura and should give a forward showing. She was a winner at Mildura three starts ago then was runner up behind JILLIBY ROY (8) in a quick mile rate of 1.58.6. STYLISH GEM (7) is drawn behind a moderate beginner in GOLDEN SCRIBE (1) so she will need some luck in running but she is racing well enough to be competitive. She produced a big finish when an unlucky second at Birchip and followed with a fifth in a strong race at Charlton. OVERVIEW: HAYDEN BROMAC (3) is a former New Zealand pacer, which is shooting for a hat trick of wins and is an excellent chance of completing the task. He was suited by a fast early tempo but he came from second last at the bell and seemingly won with plenty in reserve at his latest performance on the grass track at Westport. BABY GINNIE (4) has been freshened since her latest fourth at Mildura and should give a forward showing. She was a winner at Mildura three starts ago then was runner up behind JILLIBY ROY (8) in a quick mile rate of 1.58.6. STYLISH GEM (7) is drawn behind a moderate beginner in GOLDEN SCRIBE (1) so she will need some luck in running but she is racing well enough to be competitive. She produced a big finish when an unlucky second at Birchip and followed with a fifth in a strong race at Charlton. JILLIBY ROY (8) is the class runner of the field but he does tend to race best when he is in front so being drawn on the second row is a disadvantage.
