OVERVIEW: HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN (7) backed up an excellent trial performance with a big victory at Horsham where he copped some pressure in the leading role but kicked clear in the run to the finish. He is widely drawn but should go well again. KEAYANG SILVAGNI (5) was resuming since August when he pushed forward to race without cover, gained a trail at the 900m and broke stride with 300m remaining at Bendigo. He was seemingly going to finish in a top two position at the time he made the error ($2-30 fav). He is much better than his form reads and he should run an improved race under these conditions. THE CONSTITUTION (2) possesses high speed and was very unlucky when fourth at Shepparton last week as she went to the line bolting with no clear run. She sustained a long run to win at Cranbourne prior and she could be competitive again. BRANTLEY (9) appeared to have every chance when fifth at Wedderburn last outing where he led out then took a trail but he might be better suited on a bigger track so he is worth another chance. METRO MAN (8) is a short course specialist so he is capable of showing up if he gains some luck from the awkward draw. EARLY SPEED: 7 (possible leader), 1,3,4,6 RATINGS: 5,7/ 2/ 9/ 8/ 3,6/ 1,4

OVERVIEW: HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN (7) backed up an excellent trial performance with a big victory at Horsham where he copped some pressure in the leading role but kicked clear in the run to the finish. He is widely drawn but should go well again. KEAYANG SILVAGNI (5) was resuming since August when he pushed forward to race without cover, gained a trail at the 900m and broke stride with 300m remaining at Bendigo. He was seemingly going to finish in a top two position at the time he made the error ($2-30 fav). He is much better than his form reads and he should run an improved race under these conditions. THE CONSTITUTION (2) possesses high speed and was very unlucky when fourth at Shepparton last week as she went to the line bolting with no clear run. She sustained a long run to win at Cranbourne prior and she could be competitive again. BRANTLEY (9) appeared to have every chance when fifth at Wedderburn last outing where he led out then took a trail but he might be better suited on a bigger track so he is worth another chance. METRO MAN (8) is a short course specialist so he is capable of showing up if he gains some luck from the awkward draw. EARLY SPEED: 7 (possible leader), 1,3,4,6 RATINGS: 5,7/ 2/ 9/ 8/ 3,6/ 1,4

OVERVIEW: HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN (7) backed up an excellent trial performance with a big victory at Horsham where he copped some pressure in the leading role but kicked clear in the run to the finish. He is widely drawn but should go well again. KEAYANG SILVAGNI (5) was resuming since August when he pushed forward to race without cover, gained a trail at the 900m and broke stride with 300m remaining at Bendigo. He was seemingly going to finish in a top two position at the time he made the error ($2-30 fav). He is much better than his form reads and he should run an improved race under these conditions. THE CONSTITUTION (2) possesses high speed and was very unlucky when fourth at Shepparton last week as she went to the line bolting with no clear run. She sustained a long run to win at Cranbourne prior and she could be competitive again. BRANTLEY (9) appeared to have every chance when fifth at Wedderburn last outing where he led out then took a trail but he might be better suited on a bigger track so he is worth another chance. METRO MAN (8) is a short course specialist so he is capable of showing up if he gains some luck from the awkward draw. EARLY SPEED: 7 (possible leader), 1,3,4,6 RATINGS: 5,7/ 2/ 9/ 8/ 3,6/ 1,4
