OVERVIEW: TRITTRITTBANGBANG (2) is resuming since a Geelong victory in November but he led and rolled along at a very solid tempo when third behind the former New Zealander He’s Under Wraps at a Melton trial last week. He is likely to try and lead throughout from his good draw. BELLASTEEL (1) was a big winner at Melton last outing. She trailed the leader, came to the outside in the straight and finished off best to win in a slick mile rate of 1.55.7. She is drawn to receive the same trip and should go close but her record over the sprint distance is far superior to her form over middle distance. LEOSABI (5) appeared to have every chance when resuming at Yarra Valley but he has trialled successfully at Warragul since and his form during his last preparation was strong. BLISSFULL MIND (4) was shuffled back on the markers and didn’t have much luck when commencing from the inside of the second row at his latest Shepparton tenth. He trailed the leader when second behind La Puddie prior and is worth another chance. CELESTIAL TREKKER (3) and PADDY MACH (6) both are capable of filling a place in this evenly balanced field. OVERVIEW: TRITTRITTBANGBANG (2) is resuming since a Geelong victory in November but he led and rolled along at a very solid tempo when third behind the former New Zealander He’s Under Wraps at a Melton trial last week. He is likely to try and lead throughout from his good draw. BELLASTEEL (1) was a big winner at Melton last outing. She trailed the leader, came to the outside in the straight and finished off best to win in a slick mile rate of 1.55.7. She is drawn to receive the same trip and should go close but her record over the sprint distance is far superior to her form over middle distance. LEOSABI (5) appeared to have every chance when resuming at Yarra Valley but he has trialled successfully at Warragul since and his form during his last preparation was strong. BLISSFULL MIND (4) was shuffled back on the markers and didn’t have much luck when commencing from the inside of the second row at his latest Shepparton tenth. He trailed the leader when second behind La Puddie prior and is worth another chance. CELESTIAL TREKKER (3) and PADDY MACH (6) both are capable of filling a place in this evenly balanced field.
