OVERVIEW: If we learnt anything from Bendigo Cup night it’s that the formlines emanating via the Vicbred Super Series will hold up spectacularly well in coming weeks and if not for suffering an unforeseen issue on semi-final night HONOLUA BAY (7) may well have won the 3YO boys’ division of that series overall. Naturally there are some small doubts around him here following that uncharacteristic effort but he has several lengths on pretty much all his adversaries tonight and if he’s on song there’s every hope he’ll fly to the front and give nothing else a chance. Should that not be the case then his two main dangers are MAJOR JODI (10) and BRACKENREID (9). MAJOR JODI (10) is perpetually underrated but the fact remains that he finished second at Group 1 level two starts back and would have been somewhere in the finish if not for galloping last weekend while BRACKENREID (9) is finally getting reward for effort of late and looks beautifully placed trailing out a fast beginner from his second row draw. It’s strongly advised that you play wide at the back end of exotics here if that’s your chosen path as ZUBERI (2), EXPLICIT CASTLE (2), AJAY BREEZY ROSE (6), CASTLE RETREAT (1) and LA PUDDIE (8) all have either the talent or form to bob up should the cards fall their way in transit. OVERVIEW: If we learnt anything from Bendigo Cup night it’s that the formlines emanating via the Vicbred Super Series will hold up spectacularly well in coming weeks and if not for suffering an unforeseen issue on semi-final night HONOLUA BAY (7) may well have won the 3YO boys’ division of that series overall. Naturally there are some small doubts around him here following that uncharacteristic effort but he has several lengths on pretty much all his adversaries tonight and if he’s on song there’s every hope he’ll fly to the front and give nothing else a chance. Should that not be the case then his two main dangers are MAJOR JODI (10) and BRACKENREID (9). MAJOR JODI (10) is perpetually underrated but the fact remains that he finished second at Group 1 level two starts back and would have been somewhere in the finish if not for galloping last weekend while BRACKENREID (9) is finally getting reward for effort of late and looks beautifully placed trailing out a fast beginner from his second row draw. It’s strongly advised that you play wide at the back end of exotics here if that’s your chosen path as ZUBERI (2), EXPLICIT CASTLE (2), AJAY BREEZY ROSE (6), CASTLE RETREAT (1) and LA PUDDIE (8) all have either the talent or form to bob up should the cards fall their way in transit. OVERVIEW: If we learnt anything from Bendigo Cup night it’s that the formlines emanating via the Vicbred Super Series will hold up spectacularly well in coming weeks and if not for suffering an unforeseen issue on semi-final night HONOLUA BAY (7) may well have won the 3YO boys’ division of that series overall. Naturally there are some small doubts around him here following that uncharacteristic effort but he has several lengths on pretty much all his adversaries tonight and if he’s on song there’s every hope he’ll fly to the front and give nothing else a chance. Should that not be the case then his two main dangers are MAJOR JODI (10) and BRACKENREID (9). MAJOR JODI (10) is perpetually underrated but the fact remains that he finished second at Group 1 level two starts back and would have been somewhere in the finish if not for galloping last weekend while BRACKENREID (9) is finally getting reward for effort of late and looks beautifully placed trailing out a fast beginner from his second row draw. OVERVIEW: If we learnt anything from Bendigo Cup night it’s that the formlines emanating via the Vicbred Super Series will hold up spectacularly well in coming weeks and if not for suffering an unforeseen issue on semi-final night HONOLUA BAY (7) may well have won the 3YO boys’ division of that series overall. Naturally there are some small doubts around him here following that uncharacteristic effort but he has several lengths on pretty much all his adversaries tonight and if he’s on song there’s every hope he’ll fly to the front and give nothing else a chance. Should that not be the case then his two main dangers are MAJOR JODI (10) and BRACKENREID (9). MAJOR JODI (10) is perpetually underrated but the fact remains that he finished second at Group 1 level two starts back and would have been somewhere in the finish if not for galloping last weekend while BRACKENREID (9) is finally getting reward for effort of late and looks beautifully placed trailing out a fast beginner from his second row draw. It’s strongly advised that you play wide at the back end of exotics here if that’s your chosen path as ZUBERI (2), EXPLICIT CASTLE (2), AJAY BREEZY ROSE (6), CASTLE RETREAT (1) and LA PUDDIE (8) all have either the talent or form to bob up should the cards fall their way in transit.
