OVERVIEW: It is an open race to commence the program with several winning chances. SCHNAPPSHOT (7) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which has been unplaced at her two local starts but gets her chance to improve. She was very unlucky when resuming at Yarra Valley where she had no clear run before a sixth at Geelong behind Wil He Star. ARDENT BLISS (6) finished fifth in the same race at Geelong after dropping back to last early and running home well out very wide on the track. She performed nicely at the trials prior to her three unplaced runs since resuming and she should be finishing strongly under these conditions. AWAYOVERNIGHT (3) trailed the leader, moved away from the inside and had a crack for the lead then pulled hard mid-race so he had excuses at his latest ninth. He scored at Echuca on November 18 and he strikes a suitable assignment here. THE BUTCHER (2) appeared to have his chance at Echuca last outing but he does tend to perform better on the bigger tracks. He gained a nice trail and tried hard when second under similar conditions at Shepparton on November 29. MISSMETRO (5) has been placed in two of her past four starts against similar opposition and is worth thought along with WELL WELL (4). EARLY SPEED: 3 (possible leader), 4,5 RATINGS: 7/ 3,6/ 2,5/ 4

OVERVIEW: It is an open race to commence the program with several winning chances. SCHNAPPSHOT (7) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which has been unplaced at her two local starts but gets her chance to improve. She was very unlucky when resuming at Yarra Valley where she had no clear run before a sixth at Geelong behind Wil He Star. ARDENT BLISS (6) finished fifth in the same race at Geelong after dropping back to last early and running home well out very wide on the track. She performed nicely at the trials prior to her three unplaced runs since resuming and she should be finishing strongly under these conditions. AWAYOVERNIGHT (3) trailed the leader, moved away from the inside and had a crack for the lead then pulled hard mid-race so he had excuses at his latest ninth. He scored at Echuca on November 18 and he strikes a suitable assignment here. THE BUTCHER (2) appeared to have his chance at Echuca last outing but he does tend to perform better on the bigger tracks. He gained a nice trail and tried hard when second under similar conditions at Shepparton on November 29. MISSMETRO (5) has been placed in two of her past four starts against similar opposition and is worth thought along with WELL WELL (4). EARLY SPEED: 3 (possible leader), 4,5 RATINGS: 7/ 3,6/ 2,5/ 4

OVERVIEW: It is an open race to commence the program with several winning chances. SCHNAPPSHOT (7) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which has been unplaced at her two local starts but gets her chance to improve. She was very unlucky when resuming at Yarra Valley where she had no clear run before a sixth at Geelong behind Wil He Star. ARDENT BLISS (6) finished fifth in the same race at Geelong after dropping back to last early and running home well out very wide on the track.
