RACE COMMENT
The high-class race for the night brings together a competitive field, where I suspect DENVER MAN (3) will look to push forward from his draw and be driven aggressively in search of the front. Both of his runs since returning to the state have been very good, and if he holds that form, he will take plenty of beating here. Best to ignore TAPPY (5)’s last run after having to be restrained back in the field, with his form prior more than good enough to take this out if he can get a nice run in transit from the awkward draw. LADY IN LINE (4) has somewhat been hit and miss with her form, but expect she could be very dangerous late if saved up for one run, as she has shown in the past when winning. MY WAY (8) and DONNY IN PARIS (9) are the back-row horses and will be hoping for some genuine speed throughout to allow them to run home strongly back in this grade, while the others in the field would need to improve on their current form to win here.
