A low-class event over the mile where there looks to be good speed engaged early. COLORADO GIRL (1) will no doubt be looking to hold up from the pole draw. She was well backed when narrowly defeated over the short trip two starts ago before breaking during the run last start, and gets her chance to return to the winner's circle here with better manners. FEELINKINDALUCKY (4) will again be driven positively and may look to sit outside the pole marker and out-tough her, as she did two starts back. BARBETTE (3) somewhat drops back in grade following a handy second last start and should receive a nice run with cover, giving her every opportunity to be in the finish. COLBY ART (7) and STAROFREMEMBRANCE (8) will be relying on genuine tempo throughout to bring them into the race and should be running home strongly, as they usually do.
