He looks likely to get a similar type of run again in this race and should be hard to beat. MY SCIMITAR (10) didn’t have much luck last time out in a race taken out by Prospectus at Albion Park over the 2138. He should get a good run off the speed and can be running into it late. AZOR AHAI (7) scored a dominant win in a recent trial running home a nice last half for this type of race. He draws awkwardly inside the back row but can figure with luck in running at the right time. BEAU STEELE (3) draws to find a prominent position in this. He looks likely to get a similar type of run again in this race and should be hard to beat. MY SCIMITAR (10) didn’t have much luck last time out in a race taken out by Prospectus at Albion Park over the 2138. He should get a good run off the speed and can be running into it late. AZOR AHAI (7) scored a dominant win in a recent trial running home a nice last half for this type of race. He draws awkwardly inside the back row but can figure with luck in running at the right time. BEAU STEELE (3) draws to find a prominent position in this. He was caught wide last time out and was well beaten there but his best is good enough to figure in a race of this nature.
