RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: SEASIDE LADY (6) is the only horse prepared by astute South Australian mentor Ryan Hryhorec on the Mildura program and she ran a cracking second after being driven aggressively from the inside of the second row at Ballarat last outing so she is likely to carry strong support in this event. SANTA CASA LEVI (8) broke stride 100m after the start and lost her chance at Mildura last week. She was runner up at her three attempts prior against similar opposition so she should be competitive with a safe getaway. CRUEL MISTRESS (1) began well from the outside of the front line and was able to angle across to trail the leader when third behind All Done Tara last week. She is perfectly drawn to gain a similar trip and is worth a place ticket. CAPTIVATE ME (3) and MY ULTIMATE HENRY (4) both performed well below expectations last outing but are capable of better in a race of limited winning chances. BACK: SEASIDE LADY (6) – 4 units (win)
