OVERVIEW: MILOLA ROCK (9) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which ran an eye-catching second at her local debut, where she commenced from the inside of the second line, settled three back on the markers and was held up for a run at a vital stage before finishing off fast. This race is no harder and she is capable of going one better now. MYRTLE MAY (10) trailed the leader, used the sprint lane and finished off best to win at Maryborough prior to a strong second at Swan Hill. She faces a negative swing in the barrier draw but is worth thought again. SPORTING RAGE (11) is also disadvantaged by being drawn on the second row considering most of his best efforts have come when he has been able to lead but he is in fine form and warrants consideration.
