THE TIGER ARMY (4) was sent out favourite last time out at Redcliffe when being badly checked and making a break. He draws well in this race and may be able to press to the lead. He is likely to be very hard to beat if he can find the front in this company. LOCHINVAR JEWELLS (9) led last time out over the 2280 at Redcliffe when taken on for a large portion of the race when beaten by Dual Cam and Bettors Moon who both had soft runs behind the speed. She draws to do no work early this time and should be running on late. NEXT TO ME (10) has previously done his racing in NSW and is making his QLD debut in this race. His latest win came five starts ago at Tamworth when finding the front and taking them all the way. His best NSW form would likely see him very competitive in this race.
