He followed victories at Maryborough and Charlton with a close second at Stawell behind PRESIDENTIALCHANGE (8), where he just failed to peg back the leader in the straight. This race is of similar standard so he is worth thought again. TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (3) trailed the leader early, ended up being three back on the markers and was held up for a run at a vital stage when a handy finishing third at Stawell last outing. She is ideally drawn and should be competitive again. MARGARITARI (6) continues to perform consistently and sustained a long run from a rearward position at the bell when fourth at Stawell last week. She is widely drawn but she rates as a value hope. THE REGULATOR (9) gained a nice trail behind BOND GIRL (7) in the final circuit and finished off well for a good win at Cranbourne last outing. He is worth thought and BOND GIRL (7) also performed well in that event so she is not without a chance.
