RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: CAPITAL AVENUE (3) settled on the markers, moved up without cover in the final lap and battled on strongly for second at his debut. He is nicely drawn and is capable of going one better against this line up. ALL DONE TARA (2) led out then took cover when a close second behind Aruval at Melton last outing. She is drawn to gain a similar trip and should be very competitive again. YOU’VE BEEN SERVED (1) is a first starter, which finished last of two at a recent Bendigo trial effort behind Major Friend, which has performed well since. She is ideally drawn and must be kept safe. JUSTSOYOUKNOW (5) appeared to have his chance when fourth at Bendigo last time out but he went well for third behind Midnight Alibi at his debut and this race might be slightly easier. MY ULTIMATE HENRY (6) and THE NINJA (8) are both racing well enough to be worth thought in multiple combinations. BACK: CAPITAL AVENUE (3) – 3 units (win)
