HARRY THE HAT (4) sat without cover last time out and was just nabbed late by stablemate Fit And Ready who was able to secure the perfect run leaders back. He should be able to find a forward position again in this race from a good draw and should run well again. STRADDIE BABE (1) put in an impressive run on debut finishing third behind Shine Like Me and Harper Delight. She trialled just fairly when beaten a long way by Protostar runner Don Hugo. She has had nearly two weeks since that trial and is likely to be fitter. LONG AWAITED (7) ran an impressive fifth last time out when having her second career start in the Breeders Classic Final which was taken out by Shine Like Me. She draws poorly in this race but drops a long way in grade and should be very hard to beat with the right run in the race. MATT DAN (8) started a short price favourite last time out at this track when seemingly putting in a disappointing run on debut finishing third after securing a very cheap lead.
