RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: TICTOK (8) has been racing against stronger opposition and should prove hard to beat if she can step away safely from the standing start. She finished third behind Pinnie when taking on the open class at Melton last outing. FREMARKS PEGGY (3) is stepping up in grade but is racing in career best form and has been very good from the standing start recently. She commenced from the handicap of 10m, left a trailing position to move up without cover from the bell and proved to be too strong at Maryborough last outing. EL CONQUEROR (4) has been starting from big handicaps recently and appears to be much better placed from the front line. He is a multiple Country Cups winner from the standing start so a bold showing is expected.
