RACE COMMENT
A small field assembles over the mile, where REPETITIVE (2) looks the likely leader and gets a great opportunity to return to the winner's circle. POST KEG (1) should enjoy the perfect trail behind the leader and will only need clear running late to be right in the finish. SHOOBEES SPIRIT (3) returned to his best with a strong finishing third last start after a couple of disappointing efforts as a market elect and is at his most effective when saved for one run. MOVESLIKEALADY (6) again starts from her customary ODM draw and will be driven patiently as usual. She could be right in the finish if there is enough tempo throughout. CHAMONIX (5) was a strong winner first up in the state two starts ago and his latest effort is best overlooked after settling back in a race run in a very slick mile rate.
