OVERVIEW: CHEERS POVERTY (1) gains his best draw for a long time and he performs best when he is able to lead so a better showing is expected. He gained a trail just off the speed and battled on fairly well for third behind She’s Poppy last week. JUST INCREDIBLE (9) didn’t perform up to expectations ($2-40 fav) at his first run for trainer Alex Ashwood but he was trying to sustain a long run from last at the bell and his form prior was against much stronger opposition so he is worth another chance. STARVIN MARVIN (5) is poorly drawn but he has been competitive at a higher level previously and he does appear to be a value hope. CALF PEN (10) should be finding the line nicely and FLAME BLASTER (7) could improve on his numerical form courtesy of the perfect trailing draw behind the likely leader CHEERS POVERTY (1). OVERVIEW: CHEERS POVERTY (1) gains his best draw for a long time and he performs best when he is able to lead so a better showing is expected. He gained a trail just off the speed and battled on fairly well for third behind She’s Poppy last week. JUST INCREDIBLE (9) didn’t perform up to expectations ($2-40 fav) at his first run for trainer Alex Ashwood but he was trying to sustain a long run from last at the bell and his form prior was against much stronger opposition so he is worth another chance. STARVIN MARVIN (5) is poorly drawn but he has been competitive at a higher level previously and he does appear to be a value hope. CALF PEN (10) should be finding the line nicely and FLAME BLASTER (7) could improve on his numerical form courtesy of the perfect trailing draw behind the likely leader CHEERS POVERTY (1). OVERVIEW: CHEERS POVERTY (1) gains his best draw for a long time and he performs best when he is able to lead so a better showing is expected. He gained a trail just off the speed and battled on fairly well for third behind She’s Poppy last week. JUST INCREDIBLE (9) didn’t perform up to expectations ($2-40 fav) at his first run for trainer Alex Ashwood but he was trying to sustain a long run from last at the bell and his form prior was against much stronger opposition so he is worth another chance. STARVIN MARVIN (5) is poorly drawn but he has been competitive at a higher level previously and he does appear to be a value hope. CALF PEN (10) should be finding the line nicely and FLAME BLASTER (7) could improve on his numerical form courtesy of the perfect trailing draw behind the likely leader CHEERS POVERTY (1). BACK: CHEERS POVERTY (1) – 1.5 units (each way)
