Looking to overturn a win drought that dates back 18 months, LUKA DONCIC (2) might just have found the set up to land the buzzer beater. Strong to the line two starts back when just a half-neck from the winner, gate 7 was his undoing last start. Settling handy puts this within reach. MONOPOLLIE (10) has placed in three of his past five, the latest over 2138 when trying to make a closing raid. Just a head from the winner three starts back when trying to take them all the way, he may be looking to get around them early here and throw it down. TAYLORS FOUR (1) was a Redcliffe winner two starts back when forcing the issue, taking control and posting a 5m margin. Sitting parked from gate 7 here last start, the inside boosts her claims. MINI MINE YET (3) started from a second line gate last time and from the running line chimed in at the right time through a steady closing half to arrive for victory. She has claims again.Faced with the outside front line last time out, INTERPRETATION (4) was rough in the early stages as she was snagged to the rear.
