RACE COMMENT

A strong race for the No More Than Five Win horses sees the promising ALWAYS BETTOR (5) return from a quick let-up. He has come up with an awkward draw, although he possesses enough gate speed to be prominent early. Expect AMELIAS JEWEL (3) to press hard at the start after a strong victory in good time last start when sitting outside the leader and continuing to handle the rise in grade. ATOMIC BLACK (2) is chasing three straight wins since arriving in the state and has drawn favourably. ROCKY STRIDE (4) had no luck last start when being checked twice in running, but still finished off strongly and may also push forward early in search of a position on speed. The depth doesn't end there, with RAINBOW RANGER (6) also chasing a hat-trick despite an awkward draw.
