RACE COMMENT

Over the mile distance, last season’s two-year-old Sires Stakes winner TWILIGHT STORM (9) resumes. She won a Carrick trial by a big margin at the start of May and from the favourable trailing draw should take plenty of beating, although there is a slight query as to why she has not been seen publicly for two months since. WHERES THE SAVS (1) is threatening to break through for a maiden victory and again gets the draw to settle on speed and get his chance. KING BART (3) was disappointing first up from a let-up, but may be able to find the front here and should appreciate the return to the mile. A DRAGON FOR JOE (6) has shown ability in his limited starts, though the draw makes things awkward. SOHO TIGE RLILY (7) may press hard early and attempt to lead throughout, as she did when breaking her maiden in good style last week, and she looks an improving type.
