OVERVIEW: It is an evenly balanced field with many winning chances. YAPPER (2) commenced from the inside of the second line, was shuffled back on the markers and never gained a clear passage at any stage when he went to the line jogging at his latest unlucky seventh. He is racing better than his form reads and is worth an investment. LILSTREPO (5) endured a torrid trip in a mile rate of 1.53.3 last outing and her form prior was sound so she is worth another chance. TALLARAS SHADOW (4) appeared to have her chance at Bendigo on Wednesday night but she wasn’t beaten by far and the time was fast. She possesses a strong finishing burst and is worth a ticket each way. TO THE NINES (6) trailed the leader and used the sprint lane to win at Bendigo. He is not as well drawn now but he is versatile and warrants respect. EMILY VINCENT (7) is awkwardly drawn but she will appreciate a drop back in class for this assignment and her past two efforts have been encouraging.
