RACE COMMENT
A full field assembles for the low-class race of the night over the mile, where the speed map is difficult to assess with an even spread of gate speed across the front row. GEE YOUNG (3) will be looking to cross to the pegs and was a nice winner two starts back. EMER (6) has been consistent of late, including a second placing last start when she appeared to have every chance after securing a good run behind the leader, though the awkward draw makes things tougher here. STAROFREMEMBRANCE (11) and GOBSMACKED (12) are always capable of charging home strongly if the tempo is genuine.
