MITCHELLS RUN (1) has good gate speed and should lead them up in the early stages. He led and won over the mile at Albion Park two starts ago which looks good enough form for a race of this nature. ENGLISH DANCE (7) should be able to hold the position on the leaders back in the early stages of the race. He was able to nab the position 3 back on the pegs last time out and ran on well enough into a midfield position in a race taken out by Reason To Party. BARRETT (9) looks well graded in this race. He got a long way back last time out at Albion Park and ran on well enough into 6th in a race dominated by runners up on speed.
