RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: ROYAL SAXON (2) continues to race in great form and is a big chance of leading throughout. He parked on the outside of the leader throughout when a brave second behind Midnight Pirate at Ouyen at his latest attempt. SHORELINE DREAM (3) looms as the logical danger. He was resuming since the Super Series in November when he scored comfortably at Globe Derby and he has the early speed to be prominent throughout. RED HOT MIKI (1) is yet to be placed in twelve starts for the season but he is drawn to receive the perfect trip behind the likely leader ROYAL SAXON (2) so he might be able to improve on his record here. THEBUCKSONYOU (5) was held up for a run over the latter stages and should have finished closer at Ouyen.
