RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: DIAMONDONTHEROCKS (3) wasn’t a bad run on debut, drawing the pegs and dragged back by a tiring runner, and found the line okay once clear. This is a more favourable draw, and the opposition doesn’t present as overly strong. CAPTAIN LOCKSLEY (5) is making its debut and has trialled fairly into this, albeit in slow times. The draw helps and this looks suitable for a first hit-out. EEBEEBEE (6) has a 50% place strike rate but has had plenty of chances to win. She is first up, but she has more ability than most here. ROCKINTHEKASBA (4) has the benefit of two outings in tougher company than he faces here and could be open to improvement.
