RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: SON OF A BROAD (1) looks ready to break through here on the back of some solid performances his past few. The key is for him to be able to kick up and hold the front, as he’s a horse that will whack away at the same speed, so will need it on his terms. LOIERO (8) met with good support on resuming and battled away well sitting parked. He gets a softer time of it now and looks the logical threat. BONIFICENT (3) is a first starter who comes here off the one trial when 4th at this track. Hard to know how she measures up but is worth keeping safe. ELLIANA (2) draws softly and is from a good stable and has minor claims. BACK: SON OF A BROAD (1) – 2 units (win)
