RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: BET ON ACES (6) has been good in two runs back from a long break. He was forced to work from a tough draw last time and was good the start prior in a solid form race. There are a couple of question marks on the opposition, and the draw is a bit sticky, but if he has any luck, he will be in the finish. WOODVILLE FLYER (5) has only had the one trial but was a winner there and looked okay. She has the maturity on the other first starters which is an advantage. EL LAZZAR (10) is a 3yo first starter and ran 2nd in its last trial in decent time; he’s in an astute stable and is a market watch. RAVISHING ROXY (4) is the other debutant, and after a couple of indifferent trials improved at the most recent with Herbertson on and is worth keeping safe.
