OVERVIEW: FOREGONE CONCLUSION (4) gets the barrier draw and potential map advantage on some key rivals in what appears a suitable race. He can show gate speed and race forward, and this appears a more suitable assignment than what he’s been opposed to lately. MAXBECA (6) has been good his past couple including a win two back where he had every chance. This map is a little sticky, but his form warrants respect. ROJENBYE (5) has been thereabouts without winning at Mildura but does possess a solid record at this track. If he maps well, he’s one at value to consider. MONSIEUR FLAMEL (9) has the backrow draw to overcome, but this appears more suitable than recent starts. His best form has often come when he races forward.
