RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: RASTAMON (1) can be a big improver here from the inside draw as all of his wins have come when he’s able to find the front without too much fuss. He ran home well enough last time to give confidence a better position will see an improved finish. MANDA KYVALLEY (6) is a mare who loves to race tough up on speed and delivered one of her better performances beating some of these last time out at Maryborough. JUST A JOURNEY (7) creates interest being first up here off a trial win and was a winner last prep; she just lacks the maturity of her opposition. MIDNIGHT MUSCLE (8) got it wrong last time, but his form prior was solid and will be in the mix if he brings his manners.
