RACE COMMENT
RESURGENT WARRIOR (1) draws the pole and should be looking to lead throughout. If he reproduces his effort from two starts back when a strong second in quick time over the middle distance, he will take some beating. IDEN OLIVER (2) improved last start when finishing second and should get a nice sit on speed with cover, likely behind EVERYTHING BUT THE (4), who can roll forward from the gate and has been racing in good form with improved manners. HARRYS DEAL (7) won at big odds last start against stronger opposition and may again be used early from the wide draw to settle on speed and utilise his one-paced style. LOUTENANT (8) should enjoy a nice run on the pegs and has been thereabouts without winning.
