RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: GOODTIME CAPTAIN (3) resumes here following a solid 3yo season where he showed nice ability. He hasn’t had much go right in his two runs at this track, he’s trialled well into this and does possess good gate speed to race in a forward position. IM WESLEY (5) has been in consistent form without winning lately and often races up on speed and will give a great sight, it just depends on how much work he has to do. THE VILLAIN (8) has his first run for Samantha Gangell who’s stable is racing well, and his best has him right in this despite the awkward draw. BINALONG NIGHT (6) is 2 from 2 since joining the new stable, and despite the awkward draw and being up in grade has claims again. BACK: GOODTIME CAPTAIN (3) – 2 units (win)
