RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: Another final following heats at Geelong and Ballarat, but this time for the pacers rated up to 47. And unlike race one, I’m siding with a runner that came out of the Ballarat qualifiers in SHAZZA LOVE (10). She had been knocking on the door with a string of runner-up placings in better grade before unleashing a devastating sprint at Bray Raceway to win running away by 11m. Very hard to see anything reversing the form from that race, but the top two from the Geelong heat must be respected. ADMIRALOFTHEFLEET (12) gained a three-wide trail on JANIEBQUICK (13) at Beckley Park and ran her down in the straight to score. ARE WEASLEY (5) might be best of the rest following a brave death seat second to SHAZZA LOVE (10) and great win at Bendigo prior to that back on March 4, while potential early leader DELTA STARZ (2), NORMANDY NUGGET (3) and QUICK DECISION (4) are worth including at the back end of trifectas and First 4s.
